You confirm that on the date specified above in this authorization, you are authorizing Nationwide Security Guards to initiate a one-time credit card payment for services ordered by you or on behalf of your organization. You certify that you are a duly appointed employee or agent authorized to make such purchases for your organization. Your card will not be charged prior to the date specified in this authorization. This payment authorization is for the partial, whole, or down payment amount required at the time of booking security services, and is valid for one time use only. This payment is only for services described in the electronic service request form, service agreement, or attachments. Whole payments for jobs starting in less than 24 hours are non-refundable. Jobs voluntarily canceled with less than a 48 hour notice will be subject to a non-refundable charge of no more than 6 billable hours. All sales are final for non-refundable deposits, partial, and whole payments specified in the service agreement. You certify that you are an authorized user of this credit card and agree to the terms and conditions of the company at the time of payment.
